Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for dedicated assemblers in the Cartersville area. Experience with quality assurance, computer software programs, and hand tools is required in this role. This position is on a swing shift basis. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.50 per hour.

- Collect, document, and input data to generate production records.
- Conduct audits of machine and process control settings.
- Perform inspections of process equipment and prepare defect rate reports.
- Handle with small bolts and screws for the products.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer applications (SAP, Excel).
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts.
- Comfortable standing for 12 hours straight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
