Expert in one or more highly specialized areas within the healthcare environment. Role in developing clinical/business solutions. Design and present solutions and options that improve patient care, enhance patient engagement, improve operational efficiency and improve Centura's financial position, Integrates organizational knowledge with thoughtful design.Reviews and analyzes systems including testing and documenting Epic applications. Understands system options and configurations completely and can suggest and lead teams through decisions on the best way to configure and utilize the system.What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design.
- 5 years of additional relevant experience
- Demonstrated innovative and creative Epic solutions
- Works at the highest technical level of all phases of applications, systems analysis and programming activities
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations required
Proven history of being lead on large projects
Strong documentation and organization skills
Willingness and desire to provide mentorship to other analysts
Experience with Community Connect project
Experience intake, prioritization and partnership with operations on optimization work
- HS Diploma/GED, required
- Bachelor's Degree, required (4 years of additional related work experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor requirement)
- Epic Prelude certification, required (Ongoing maintenance of Epic certification required)
- Epic Referrals & Welcome certification, preferred
- On-call coverage (after business hours and weekends) is sometimes required, on a rotational basis or as-needed, if circumstances warrant
- Some travel required, both locally and overnight
This position requires residence within a reasonable driving distance to the Corporate Office. Possible relocation assistance available for candidates who meet distance requirements.
Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
