Position Overview:

* This position is the front-line ambassador to the Taylor Swift concert

* Create a premier experience for guests at Nissan Stadium

* Greet guests as they enter and leave the event

* Support guests with wayfinding through the facility

* Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the Stadium

* Provide a safe and secure environment for guests and other individuals associated with the event

* Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Required Qualifications:

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Have strong, clear communication skills

* Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

* You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

* Consent to background check and drug screen
