$1250 Hiring Bonus

General Description of Duties:

  • Manage multiple commercial and residential property capital projects
  • Oversee budgeting, planning, and supervision of remodeling and construction projects
  • Require experienced, knowledgeable, self-motivated Facilities Project Manager
  • Determine project scope and required resources
  • Prepare project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Plan construction phases and develop project timeline and deadlines
  • Procure quotes and proposals through competitive bid process
  • Obtain equipment and materials for active projects
  • Monitor contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure deliverables are met
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
  • Track project costs to meet budgeted costs
  • Provide strategy, adjustments, and progress updates to Management
  • Conduct property inspections for future development and improvement plans
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvements
  • Perform other required duties

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelors Degree and/or professional certifications in related field(s) preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years proven experience as a facilities and/or construction project manager
  • Experienced in standard construction practices, building systems, and maintenance procedures
  • Knowledge of New Mexico building electrical and plumbing codes, OSHA safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in project budgeting and cost controls
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus
  • Proficient in industrial general permit management, air quality regulations, and record keeping responsibilities
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and design modifications
  • Experience in basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures
  • Understanding of construction procedures and material/project management principles
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Other Requirements: Must be pass background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Must possess a valid NM drivers license and proof of auto liability insurance. Must have own reliable transportation and agency insurable driving record. Must be able to lift 80 lbs., crawl, climb 20 ft., crouch, kneel, sit and walk occasionally. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulders, balance push/pull, and carry frequently. Must be able to work with paints, dust, cleaning chemicals, and other solvents as required in performance of job duties. Must be able to work in confined spaces. Job Type: Full Time

Pay From: $70,000 annually DOE.
