Prep medical records & prof'l & administrative duties. Update & maintain medical records for all examinations, svcs & other svcs in accordance w/ policy. Adhere to the stds & principles of medical ethics of the American Medical Association, & all recognized associations or accrediting boards concerned w/ Physician's area of medical specialty.
