Our Field Recruiter will be an ambassador for Bloomin Brands and Carrabbas Italian Grill. This role will be responsible for identifying and hiring Managing Partners and Managers to lead operations at our various dining locations. You will also support the recruiting and hiring process for multi-unit leaders. Being both strategic and consultative will be key when partnering with operations to define current and future forecasting needs for attrition and changing market conditions. The Field Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, while working closely with cross-functional teams within HR. If you step into this role, you will report directly to and be supported by the Field Recruiting Manager within the Talent Acquisition COE.
The expected pay range is $65,000-$85,000 depending on location and experience.
Responsible for leading the process to recruit Managing Partners, salaried managers and kitchen managers at Carrabba's Italian Grill locations across the US.
Lead through influence by building effective partnerships with remote teams in the field to uphold and enhance the experience of the Hiring Manager.
Drive continuous process improvement of the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that results in a cost effective and candidate centric experience to optimize business results.
Partner with operations leaders and HR partners to understand succession plans for future internal movement and identify gaps to proactively source industry hires. Create a pipeline of talent to build bench strength within the organization.
Use innovative sourcing techniques to create diverse candidate slates, fostering relationships with diverse professional organizations.
Utilize ATS to manage candidate communication, track candidate activities, and report on metrics.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency on time to fill within both large and small markets.
Keep informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive in the industry.
Contribute and initiate projects to improve service to the business and our candidates.
5 years of experience in recruiting and/or in restaurant operations preferred.
Strong communication skills: coaching skills to continuously improve talent acquisition capabilities.
Articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and engage with operational leaders in a polished and professional manner.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to recruit on a multi-national, multi-location level and to support an innovative, fast growth environment.
Exemplary time management skills to manage competing demands.
Attention to detail along with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
