Field Station Development Representative (FSDR) (Madera, CA) for FMC Corporation to manage & implmt rigorous, multi-seasonal field-testing prgms primarily at FMC's CA Technology & Research Center (CTRC) in Madera, CA. Reqs Master's deg in Entomology, Plant Physiology, Plant Science, Weed Science, Agronomy or rltd agricultural or biological science field of study, & 2 yrs of exp in any job title/occupation/position involving agricultural product research (incl as a Graduate Research Assistant), discovery, dvlpmt, or commercialization. Exp specified must incl 2 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: mastery of agronomic systems, pest & disease diagnostics, regulatory frameworks, advanced analytics of data, & team leadership; farming operations, incl spraying & harvesting; calibrating & operating tillage, spraying, seeding, & harvesting eqpmt w/ the PPE & WPS practices; dsgng field research protocols, executing field plot technique, conducting statistically sound trials, statistical analysis of data, & agronomically driven interpretation of data; crop protection disciplines such as insect, weed or disease mgmt; rearing & conducting pathogen or pest inoculations to ensure uniform pest pressure in trials; agricultural data systems incl ARM, JMP Pro, SAS, R & GEA-R & using data analysis results to address research objectives; technical or scientific writing & oral communication in the agricultural space for submission & presentation to R&D, Regulatory, & Commercial stakeholders; EHS protocols rltd to agricultural eqpmt handling & chemical use; supv'g, training & evaluating F/T & seasonal employees.
