Identify, develop and drive prospect/client sales opportunities, directly growing client base.
Utilize industry expertise to provide comprehensive advice on products and strategies available based on the clients financial needs and goals.
Formulate and strengthen long lasting, trusting, client relationships providing consistent client communication and outstanding client service.
Facilitate a variety of ongoing business growth initiatives to include client events, consumer education, and Credit Union employee training.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure consistent documentation of client accounts relating to service and sales activity - confirming the interests of our clients are protected, regulations are followed, and the high internal standards of Desert Financial are met.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics, preferred.
4 years of Financial Advisor experience, meeting and/or exceeding goals.
Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) active and in good standing.
Life and Disability Insurance License in the State of Arizona (preferred, required within 90 days of hire).
Ability to plan and prioritize daily activities.
Knowledge of financial institution operations, product/service delivery systems, and applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
Effective working with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
Valid Arizona Drivers License.
