Job Description
Interview loan applicants & collect credit documents, input complete loan applications directly into Episys through ELA, import online applications from Meridian Link into Episys, work loan-by-phones received from Member Service Center, obtain credit explanations from loan applicants, submit credit documents, purchase orders, & every item listed on title work checklist to underwriters, persuade applicants to refinance existing debt held elsewhere with the credit union, sell debt protection, GAP waivers, & vehicle service contracts.
Requirements:
Must be outgoing, friendly, trust-worthy, competitive, & persuasive. Must have excellent sales skills. Must have ability to quickly build rapport & trust with loan applicants. Must have the willingness & ability to gain a thorough knowledge of debt protection, GAP waivers, & vehicle service contracts. Must have excellent communication skills.
