We are holding a two-day Hiring Day Event and looking to hire Service Coordinators. No appointment is necessary and everyone who attends is guaranteed an interview. This is a great opportunity for you to meet with some of our top associates, learn more about us, and gain further insight into our current job openings. As a Service Coordinator for Lincoln Military Housing you are responsible for assisting with the resident move in and move out process of a multi-family residential housing community. You will conduct turnover quality inspections. Your role includes heavy customer service and the ability to effectively schedule maintenance work including the work of vendors and contractors. Ensuring all service requests and work orders are completed timely. The ability to work efficiently as well as being able to effectively communicate and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service.

We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years experience in residential property management and prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.

We are on the lookout for new team members, and to help in that mission, we are offering new hire bonuses of up to $2,000. If you get hired, you will get an extra $500 after 30 days of employment, another $500 after 60 days and $1,000 after 6 months.
