Floor Manufacturing Supervisor

Fresh food manufacturing seeking to hire an experienced manufacturing lead and supervisor. very much a hands on job, and the role will primarily take place on the production floor. While this is a leadership role, applicants should also be able to participate in physical, production related duties whenever the need arises.

Hours: M-F 5:30am - 2:00pm

Pay: BOE, ample room for growth within company

Job duties

• Lead and schedule a crew of fish cutters, packers and fulfillment staff
• Oversee HACCP controls
• Oversee and manage daily shipping procedures for retail and wholesale orders, coordinate with drivers and delivery staff
• Oversee order fulfillment functions and maintain inventory controls.
• Assist in hiring and training crew
• Participate in role development of manufacturing operations
• Communicate and coordinate with customer service and other internal staff
• Participate in warehouse supply maintenance and ordering
