Job Description
Senior Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis and budgeting including extracting report, building templates, data mining, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Perform monthly actual vs budget variances analysis on membership, revenue and cost.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
Complete key reports for monthly reviews and provide clear and concise explanations for variances.
Provide business leaders with relevant, timely, and impactful financial and metric data to inform business decisions.
Compile membership, revenue, and cost templates for the quarterly forecasts and annual budget process.
Assist in the monthly expense management reporting process.
Assist in the completion of the state regulatory report requirements.
Required Qualifications
3 or more years of FP&A and/or related finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry
Medicaid experience
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Hyperion experience
Strong communication and interpersonal
Analytical skills
Ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
