FP&A Senior Analyst

Job Description
This position is responsible for the financial planning and analytics for portions of the Network HCB business. The purpose of this role is to act as a strategic financial partner, providing forecasting, guidance, reporting, analysis and financial controls, relative to the businesss budget(s).
The successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, and the ability to consolidate/report results to business partners and financial management. This individual will be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently within guidance frame defined by management - includes financial reporting/analysis at both regular and ad hoc frequencies, serving as subject matter experts on varying levels of business cases/projects, building and reporting analytics via PowerPoint presentations, loading financial entries, etc.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of Finance, accounting, and/or healthcare industry experience

3+ years of experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Hyperion/S4 experience preferred
Excellent Communications skills
Experience leading calls/meetings

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
