Step into a leadership role at the iconic Lodge Tower as our Front Desk Lead Agent, where you'll be at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences. As a key member of our dynamic team, youll support the Front Desk Manager in overseeing daily operations and seamlessly step into their role when needed. With a strong focus on front desk excellence, youll ensure every interaction-whether with guests or team members-is welcoming, professional, and solution-oriented. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality at every turn.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including staff supervision, training, and shift coverage as needed

  • Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness and functionality of all common areas, including daily oversight and bi-weekly property walks

  • Handle guest suite and amenity reservations, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth experiences

  • Address and resolve owner concerns with professionalism and care

  • Communicate effectively-both written and verbal-with internal teams and external customers

  • Lead with a hands-on, adaptable approach; no task is beneath you and physical duties may be required

Work Location: Lodge Tower, Vail

Job Start Date: 5/10/2025

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule with am (7-3pm) or pm (3-11pm) shifts and possibly a mid-day shift

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate is a clear and confident communicator-skilled in reading and composing professional correspondence, interpreting technical or legal documents, and listening actively to both guest and team concerns. They excel at handling customer feedback with professionalism and can effectively articulate needs and insights to both management and high-level clients. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required; a college degree is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is essential, along with strong computer proficiency-especially in Microsoft Office, and ideally in systems like Alice or Track.
