Must possess specific expertise in the following areas: Canadian & U.S. freight border crossing reqmts; Int'l Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA); FMCSA regulations; State regulations for oversize & overweight loads (Canada & the U.S.); Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse reqmts; Knowl of DTOPS (Decal & Transponder Online Procurement System); UCR renewal processes; Truck insurance reqmts; Proficiency in "Avantage" acctg s/ware; OSHA compliance regulations.
