Head of Training & Brand Ambassador

Head of Training & Brand Ambassador, Elemis USA, Inc. (NY, NY) Manage & oversee aspects of the Training Team (incl budgets), training facilities & content. Represent Elemis brand on TV shopping channels incl QVC & all social & multimedia platforms. Represent the brand as Brand Ambassador & Brand Expert for PR events, product &/or treatment launches, promotional events & training opportunities. Film brand product content for Omni channels incl social media & official brand website, advtg & 3rd-party clients; & assist in the dvlpmt & growth of the television shopping division incl product selection, before & after selection & execution. Conduct training sessions, on the brand & product; present brand & demonstrations at events incl retail & press; conduct coaching & mentoring to brand guest of int'l shopping channels; conduct training sessions for internal staff members. Conduct product & treatment for direct & 3rd party spas & salons. Beauty Therapy Diploma + 5 yrs exp in job or rltd exp in brand mgmt for luxury beauty lines. Exp must incl training & coaching for product TV appearances & demonstrations & brand representation on social, multimedia, & omni channel platforms. Domestic travel to clients/vendors 5-10% of time.
