Job Description

City of Phoenix is seeking an Information Technology Analyst/ Programmer III for its Phoenix, AZ office.

Job Duties: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and project plans for the design and justification of information technology systems. Prepare and present written and oral reports to management of proposed information technology systems, including the effect on all users, impact on computer resources, anticipated costs and benefits, and equipment, times, and personnel needs. Provide problem analysis support to diagnose and remedy problems in operating procedures, computer hardware, system software, and computer application programs. Oversee the writing of operating procedures for user and computer operating personnel. Conduct system analysis and design studies and prepare concept and design specifications. Analyze systems dumps and reports to isolate program problems and take appropriate actions to correct them.


Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 

Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in each of the following:

" Salesforce Development using LWC, AURA, APEX, and Visualforce

" Maintaining multiple information technology systems like Salesforce, Azure, or OnBase

" Developing data and process models using structured analysis and design and information engineering techniques in Salesforce, OnBase

" Data cleansing and data migration and deployment of components from sandboxes to production environment
