Job Description
works to improve teacher practice through a Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) model. Increasing teachers’ skills, confidence, and effectiveness in the classroom. Partners with Education Specialists to provide consistent, data-driven coaching support that enhances children’s learning and promotes school readiness goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in child development or early childhood education or a degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education. (required); preferred master’s degree. Must have 3–5 years in early childhood education (required). Experience with coaching, mentoring, or adult learning preferred.
