IT System Administrator

Summary The IT System Administrator is responsible for supporting daily operations of the IT environment through installing new, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure. Job Details 2 to 5 years of mixed Enterprise WindowsLinux system administration. Experience with the following technologies VMware Windows 201216 Linux IIS Apache Maintain Corporate IT server (Dell Cisco) and network environment in standards, secured and compliance manner Apply relevant security patches and updates to Corporate IT infrastructure Ensure successful data backup of all essential corporate servers Research new software and hardware products to improve Corporate IT efficiency and new initiatives Pilot test new software and hardware in Dev and QA environment Install new software and hardware products in Corporate IT production environment Proactively monitor all system logs Provide usage statistics to management Report system issues to Corporate IT team and management Coordinate IT Support team to facilitate successful support case closure
