Job Description
Join our Food & Beverage team at renowned The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, and our new restaurant Stoke & Rye!
We are looking for Lead AM Hosts to join our team. As the lead host, this person will be an extension of management at the front door. This role will be expected to uphold to level of professionalism and consistency while being accountable for managing the reservations, communicating with upcoming events and special bookings, while helping solve any guest related issues with future reservation. If you are a quick learner and have previous host experience, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
- Responsible for training all incoming host staff
- Accountable for overall performance of host stand.
- Responsible for managing and having extensive knowledge of OpenTable
- Communicating with management about upcoming events and special booking requirements.
- Assist in solving any guest related issue to future reservations.
- Assisting in organizing and controlling the flow of the guests through Open Table
- Talking with guests on the phone, answering questions
- Taking to-go orders
- Greeting/ Seating Guests
- Assisting servers and support staff as needed
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $21 / hour
Schedule: AM shift starts at 6:30am
