Owns the end-to-end Data Science projects with continued build and enhancement of analytical foundations to deliver AI projects at scale
Leads large cross-functional and cross-team relationship building and collaboration with business and data engineering teams
- Partners and collaborates with organization leaders to expand analytical offerings, improve performance of patient recruitment campaigns
Builds and leads a high performing Data Science team
Sets priorities and executes strategy for the analytics organization

Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, Machine Learning/Deep learning to solve business problems
8+ years of experience in programing languages (Python or R) with technical background
Experience in leading end to end data science projects or AI applications
5+ years of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners and drive adoption of AI/ML
Experience in driving large cross-functional analytical efforts
Experience with Experimentation Design, Personalization at scale preferred
Experience with large scale A/B testing systems, especially in the domain of Marketing Analytics
Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, related technical field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
PhD degree in technical/quantitative field strongly preferred.
