Lead-Incident Management (Alpharetta, GA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.) Initiate & manage IT projects for code & network fixes within operational technology network domain. Liaise with cross functional teams & guide work of technical staff in delivering solution support/enhancements on Cloud platforms using SCADA Systems, SSL, TCP/IP Networking, vSphere, SharePoint, VMware, Power Apps, BGP, Active Directory, Agile Methodologies.
