Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the essential tasks for the Learning & Performance department of MidFirst Bank. The ideal candidate should excel in multi-tasking, possess strong communication skills, prioritize customer service, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, professional development, annual training, and any other required training.
  • Oversee the team mailbox to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely filing of emails.
  • Update shared calendars and learning management system with classroom schedule changes to reflect the new schedule.
  • Arrange hotel accommodations for employees who are traveling to the training center.
  • Communicate reminders for classroom training attendance.
  • Process professional development certification completions for bonus payouts.
  • Curate course content and learning assets.

Position Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong prioritization and task management skills
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience working in virtual teams and remote environments
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience working within a training environment
