Job Description
This position is responsible for managing the essential tasks for the Learning & Performance department of MidFirst Bank. The ideal candidate should excel in multi-tasking, possess strong communication skills, prioritize customer service, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, professional development, annual training, and any other required training.
- Oversee the team mailbox to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely filing of emails.
- Update shared calendars and learning management system with classroom schedule changes to reflect the new schedule.
- Arrange hotel accommodations for employees who are traveling to the training center.
- Communicate reminders for classroom training attendance.
- Process professional development certification completions for bonus payouts.
- Curate course content and learning assets.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong prioritization and task management skills
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience working in virtual teams and remote environments
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working within a training environment
