Licensed Eligible Therapist- Incredible Families Program

Licensed Eligible Therapists (several positions available)

Full time positions to work in a new evidenced based program serving children, youth and families throughout San Diego county. Offices are regionalized and positions provide excellent clinical training, supervision and experience.

Therapists will work in the certified outpatient behavioral health clinic (or Parenting Program), providing a full range of Title 9 outpatient diagnostic and treatment services for children and families. Services will include assessment, individual and family treatment, case management, crisis intervention, and medication management. NAI will deliver mental health services to children and families who have faced complex trauma, domestic violence, struggled with chronic substance abuse and with parents who may be participating in reunification requirements. Services will be provided regionally and in communities where parents live. All staff will understand the importance of engaging, connecting and motivating parents who struggle with mental health issues and substance abuse.

Therapists will be certified to provide evidenced based curriculum for parents involved with CWS and who are attempting to reunify with their children. Weekly Parenting groups will include therapeutic visitation and coaching where parents will practice concepts learned in groups. Service delivery will be flexible to meet parent’s needs and offered in the communities where they live. Spanish speaking therapists and/or experience in providing Incredible Years curriculum are strongly encouraged to apply. Hours will be flexible but will involve some early evenings.

Requirement: Registered with the CA BBS as AMFT, APCC, ACSW
