Full Time - Licensed Clinical Therapist providing in person and remote therapeutic services.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) are welcome to apply.

What our Full-time Behavioral Health Therapist will find at Minute Clinic:
Autonomy to run your own practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.
Use evidenced based care and provide access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.
Provide individuals with the psychosocial support and education needed to address their identified mental wellbeing needs.
Services provided but not limited toActivation, assessment, diagnosis, advocacy delivery of counseling services in a therapeutic clinic setting.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 26.59
Maximum: 57.21

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT)
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting

Education
- Completed Masters degree program from an accredited College or University.
