Lifeguard- No Certification Needed to Interview

We will Certify and Train You! This is a Hotel Resort Pool setting, not in a theme park, but you will have park access and perks!

You don't need to be certified for lifeguarding, we will train and certify you! Let us know if you have any CPR, or Lifeguard experience so we can fast track your training. Our recreational water spaces are very busy in the summer months with high volume.

To be effective in the Lifeguard position you will need to:

• Complete Ellis Lifeguard Certification
• Be a Strong Swimmer
• Conduct Daily Safety Checks of Pool Areas and Slides
• Maintain Guest Safety in all Pool Areas
• Have Excellent Communication and Guest Service Minded Skills
• Execute and Enforce all Water Safety and Rescue Procedures in Accordance with Ellis Standards
