Job Description
Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has an opening for a full-time line cook in our Pool Kitchen & Bar. Renovated in 2015, this indoor/outdoor casual dining facility provides a fun and casual atmosphere for members, families, and guests alike.
SUMMARY: As a member of the Pool Kitchen Culinary Team, you will set up and maintain your work station for lunch and/or dinner service. Line Cooks will work as a team with each other as well as with servers and supervisors to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBLIITES:
-Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly Pool Kitchen specials.
-Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Pool Kitchen menu items and specials.
-Cross-train on all Pool Kitchen stations: Pantry, Grill, Flat, Pizza, and Prep.
-Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible.
-Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis. Perform utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled.
-Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen.
