Program: Atlantic Broadband Churn Reduction

Atlantic Broadband Level II

Post until Friday July 24th by 11:59 pm

Mon - Sat 12:30pm-9pm, Sun 12:00pm-8:30pm

Atlantic Broadband Customers will be contacted by OnProcess to provide information regarding the benefits of subscribing to a higher speed internet plan offered by Atlantic through swapping the Customers existing modem(s), when applicable, with a new modem. Customers will also be informed about the benefits of moving to a Managed Wi-Fi system for nominal extra charges and receiving up to four (4) times enhanced data speed.

Goals & Objectives:

  • Successfully convert/upgrade current customers into high-speed data plans
  • Introduce Auto Pay along with E-Bill for a $10 credit
  • Arrange and coordinate swap of older modem
  • Educate on the benefits of the new Wifi Your Way
  • Customer Satisfaction/Retention


  • No written warnings
  • Meeting Quality Standards
  • Excellent attendance is a must
  • Currently doing L1 or L2 work
  • Ability to communicate at a professional written and spoken level
  • Ability to problem solve while providing excellent customer service
  • Commitment to OnProcess and execution of our Core Values
