Support Services Operator
Hourly Wage
ISS offers full time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $19 per hour - $20 per hour per hour.
Key Purpose
Team members in this job perform and oversee a variety of duties related to the mailroom, shipping and receiving assignments, courier services, and mail delivery support. Support for our client and working as a team are an essential and/or substantial part of the work day.
Success Criteria
- Arrive on time every day, ready to support the team and customers
- Inspect all received packages according to safety standards
- Ship packages (including international shipments)
- Receive daily deliveries from UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground. As well as any other courier drop offs. Supply inventory management
- Check inbound packages into Web Based Tracking System
- Sort and separate packages by assigned building
- Receive, check in, and document incoming Pallet Shipments
- Always keep Loading dock and receiving area clean and organized
- Delivery of packages/materials/mail
- Assist with package/mail distributions and collections
- Stocking of shelves in company store

- High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of experience in a relevant field preferred: Dock or shipping/receiving or Mail center
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and general office practices
- Ability to determine work priorities
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
