The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. The maintenance position is a about helping the General Manager maintain the cleanliness and appearance standards that you have come to know and expect from McDonald's across the nation.
The Maintenance Persons responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Filtering oil fryers daily
* Maintaining outside grounds (weeding, trash pick up and light landscaping)
* Clean equipment, clean and organize stock rooms and restrooms
* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
* Take out and empty trash and cardboard as needed
* Change light bulbs
* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
Most importantly helping restaurant Mangers to provide an safe and clean work environment for the crew and managers.
