Maintenance Laborer (ECS)

Under close supervision of the Engineering and Construction Services (ECS) Senior Maintenance Technician, the Maintenance Laborer assists in maintaining the physicalcondition of all residential units, grounds, and properties associated with, and managed by the ECS Residential Services Division. Utilizes working knowledge and experience in all of the construction trades to handle basic residential maintenance repairs and issues. This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
