Maintenance Technician I

Were hiring a Maintenance Technician I for our Pasadena, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Maintenance Technician I
• Location: Pasadena, TX
• Pay: $20-$25/hr.
• Hours: 7am-5pm with availability for on-call
• Duration: temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Install, troubleshoot and repair various plant equipment (pumps, agitators, etc.), Perform preventative maintenance of equipment & machinery, Record mechanical equipment reading while ensuring accuracy of records, Operate forklifts to move material
• Requirements: 2+ years maintenance experience within a manufacturing or chemical processing environment, Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting, Strong attention to detail, Effective communication skills, Basic welding and pipefitting skills preferred, Basic electrical troubleshooting and some familiarity with PLCs preferred
