Pay Range

$36. 62 - $51.74/hr

Manager of Facility Support Services is responsible for the administrative operations of Facilities, Plant Operations. The maintenance of all policies, procedures, and quality control policies; construction oversight, code compliance; the administration of EC standards etc.; the administration of all budgets; effective inter department relations.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Prior supervisory experience in the area of responsibility
  • Experience with blue print reading, CADD system, knowledge of local building codes, N.F.P.A., O.S.H.A, JCAHO EOC requirements, policy and procedure development and implementation.
  • 5 years healthcare facilities, plant operations, and/or construction management desired.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • HS Diploma and or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture related field, or Safety Management

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and available after-hours if needed

Physical requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
