We are currently seeking a Program Manager to lead our Adult Day Program in Sierra Vista, serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).

This is an entry-level management opportunity ideal for someone ready to step into leadership while making a measurable difference in the lives of others.

About the Role

Our Adult Day Program provides developmental, educational, and vocational activities in an energetic, engaging environment. Participants are actively involved in skill-building, community engagement, and meaningful daily experiences.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional on-call weekends

What You’ll Do

As Program Manager, you will:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
  • Mentor staff using effective coaching and teaching techniques
  • Oversee programming that promotes life skills, independence, and personal growth
  • Support individuals in activities of daily living, relationship-building, and community involvement
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Monitor health, safety, and program quality
  • Develop positive, professional relationships with individuals served and their families

This is a hands-on leadership role — you will both supervise staff and directly support individuals when needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Incentive Bonus Program
  • Monday–Friday primary schedule
  • Group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Referral bonus program
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • A supportive, mission-driven team environment
  • Meaningful work that truly impacts lives

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license (must qualify as company driver)
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Complete required company training
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to stand, pivot, and assist with transfers (up to 40 lbs.)
  • Ability to build rapport with staff and individuals supported

If you are looking for a leadership role where your work directly improves lives — and where you can grow professionally in a stable organization — we encourage you to apply.

Join AIRES and become part of a team committed to dignity, empowerment, and excellence.
