  • Collaborate on development of panel engagement and retention programs to ensure active long-term participation of project respondents; development of panel management programs to maintain accurate and up-to-date panel information; development of respondent support programs to maintain a high level of respondent satisfaction.
  • Supports business development workflow for proposal, pricing, and contracting support for custom client-projects and client-funded panels.
  • Support the client service teams for budget and client communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's in social science strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of survey research experience with minimum of 1 year client management experience. Strong preference for candidates with 2-year survey operation/execution experience.

  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, identify and mitigate project risks and work effectively with multiple departments, stakeholders and internal/external clients.
  • Ability to work effectively collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures, technology and equipment.
  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and report writing for client deliverables for projects low, medium, and high complexity.
