The Manager Portfolio Manager will work closely with portfolio managers, the Onboarding Manager, Relationship Managers, and Treasury Management to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Additionally, this individual will assist Relationship Managers with proposals, act as back up for the Onboarding Manager and support the Team Leader with growth strategy and performance tracking to ensure team success. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving business growth. This would be on the National Property Management, HOA, and 1031 Banking Team.
Responsibilities:

Client Service Leadership:
* Oversee the client service experience for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and a high level of engagement.
* Act as the primary point of escalation for client issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
* Partner with portfolio managers to design, implement, and refine enhanced and streamlined service processes.
* Collaborate with the Onboarding Manager to ensure seamless handoffs and consistency in delivering a superior client experience. Will act as a backup to the Onboarding Manager.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
* Work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and assist with a tailored, customer-centric service approach.
Proposal Assistance:
* Assist relationship managers in preparing client proposals, including data analysis, recommendations, and presentation materials.
Business Growth & Cross-Selling Opportunities:
* Collaborate with Relationship Manager & Treasury Management to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
* Analyze client portfolios to uncover unmet needs and recommend additional products and services.
Performance Tracking & Team Support:
* Support the Team leader in tracking team performance, including key metrics, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Team Mentorship:
* Mentor and guide junior portfolio managers, fostering professional growth and development.
* Share best practices and insights to elevate overall team performance.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
* 3-5 + years of experience in portfolio management, client service, or a related role, with leadership responsibilities.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and support cross-functional initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and treasury management.
* Experience with CRMs, performance tracking tools and metrics is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $145,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
