About Us

We are a compliance training content provider. We take a behavioral approach to compliance communications and training. That means we try to work with how people actually are—busy, distracted, and overwhelmed with day-to-day tasks—not how we’d like them to be.

We craft job aids that let employees understand what to do at the right moment, making it clear how compliance and ethics applies to regular job duties like financial approvals, hiring and firing, managing vendors, closing deals, and more.

If you’re into the academic side of compliance, you might call our job aids “precommitment devices” or “accountability debiasing tools” or, if you’re the Temple Law Review, a “behavioral compliance best practice.”

Or, if you don’t read studies all day, you could simply call them really awesome checklists and flowcharts. That’s what your employees will call them.

 

Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a junior or mid-level marketing specialist that can optimize our paid media strategy, along with SEO improvements. We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience, along with Google Ads, Analytics, and Hubspot Marketing certifications. You’ll need familiarity with the following tools:

●      Moz

●      SEMRush

●      Google Ads

●      Google Search Console

●      Google Tag Manager

●      Google Analytics

●      Hubspot

●      Data analysis tools such as: Airtable, BigQuery, Data Studio, Microsoft Excel, etc.

We’re a team of creatives, and want to see the same for whoever fills this role. There’s always more than one way to approach a problem, and we’ll look for that kind of creative attitude in execution.


What You’ll Do

This role will primarily be responsible for monitoring and optimizing ad spend and doing keyword research for our ongoing campaigns. You’ll work with our Brand Manager, and other members of the team to gather brand assets for marketing purposes. In addition to SEM work, you’ll work on implementing on-page SEO improvements.
