Roadrunner Food Bank is seeking another skilled development professional to join our team in achieving our objective to feed hungry New Mexicans. This position is responsible for securing funds for the organization by managing a group of assigned donors, assuring that as many as possible are retained as continuing donors to the organization, and that as many as possible are upgraded in their giving and involvement. The benefit of this position will be the satisfaction of helping donors fulfill their passions and interests through their giving to Roadrunner Food Bank, with special emphasis on securing multi-year pledges in the range of $1,000+ per year for five years.

Requires significant experience in qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors with a demonstrated track record in raising money. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual who is well-versed in using donor databases and in talking to people about their goals and passions. Belief in the mission and strong ethical conduct is essential.
