NP / PA - Sheboygan Retail (40 hrs / wk)

Provides direct patient care services in a retail healthcare store clinic setting as directed by, in collaboration with, and under the supervision of clinic physicians; following established standards and practices. Coverage will include both scheduled, walk-in, urgent and preventative care work, open 7 days a week. Experienced candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements:

NP: Master's degree in Nursing with a Nurse Practitioner focus required. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANA, WI license, and prescriptive authority required. PA: Graduate of an AMA-accredited physician assistant program required. Certification through NCCPA, WI license, and prescriptive authority required
