About this opportunity:
Albion Staffing Solutions has a client in need of an Office Clerk / Ocean Agent to work at a freight forwarding company located in the Miami, FL area.
- Operation and documentation for Warehouse Distribution and Ocean Shipments
- Issue electronic bonded documentation (7512) for warehouse distribution
- Input cargo information in Warehousing System
- Coordination with trucking companies/Steamship Lines/Other Freight Forwarders
- Maintain accurate customer inventory
- Issuing invoicing for customers
- Customer service
- At least Two (2) years experiences covering international freight forwarding
- Knowledge of Warehousing System
- Knowledge of regulation of logistics
- Skill of Excel for controlling piece counts of warehouse in / out
- Spoken and written fluency the both English and Spanish
- Availability of professional references and background check will be required.
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday
