About this opportunity:

Albion Healthcare Staffing has a client, a surgical physician, that needs to engage a new Office Manager for his office in Boca Raton, FL.

  • The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a medical setting (preferably surgical or GI) and managing a staff of three.
  • Must have leadership qualities and enjoy helping people to excel.
  • This person should have excellent phone and customer services skills as well as enjoys working with patients.
  • Experience working with medical software in particular Amazing charts (if possible).
  • Must be familiar with the duties of the front and back office.
  • Billing experience not required because it is outsourced.

Candidate will work at the Boca Raton, FL area
