Assists the healthcare team in coordinating, prioritizing and communicating patient, physician and staff needs. Provides shift leadership and support for Nursing Unit Secretary staff. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Minimum Experience RequirementsTwo years of previous nursing unit secretary or medical office experiencePrevious leadership experience preferredKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishBasic computer skills
Education requirement:
HS Diploma or GED
Certification requirement-
BLS from AHA required
Physical requirements-
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
