Reports To: Operations Director (Lucy Munoz)

Job Summary: The Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations within the company. This position involves coordinating various tasks to ensure efficient workflow, assisting in project management, and helping maintain effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Coordination:
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
- Data Management:
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes.
- Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help resolve operational issues by liaising between departments.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in operations and suggest solutions.
- Assist in implementing new processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- High School graduate.
- Timeliness and punctuality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to work an 8-hour shift between 0700 & 1700.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to legally drive.

Benefits:
The pay range for this position depends on your experience, leadership, professionalism, communication, decision making and ability to master our sales process and convert consumer leads to sales.
- Starting between $18 & $20 per hour (based on your experience) - This is firm!
