OTCHS Representative - Call Center (Work from Home)

Job Description
This position provides the flexibility of either working from home, or working in our office.

As an Over The Counter Health Solutions (OTCHS) Call Center Agent, you are responsible for ensuring superior service for our members and Health Plan partners. In your role, you will receive incoming calls, process member orders and resolution orders, perform order tracking, and properly document member files. Offline work will include data entry, back orders and outbound calls as needed.

Agents will be held accountable to call center service level standards, as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 16.00
Maximum: 25.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-1+ years of working experience
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including knowledge of Access and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications
-Strong customer service skills
-Experience working in a call center environment is highly preferred
-Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents
-Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
-Ability to work well with others

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
