Looking for an overnight aviation opportunity?


Swift Aviation Services is a Fixed Based Operator or FBO, providing fuel and services to private, corporate jets and other aircraft out of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Our Line Service Technicians marshal arriving and departing aircraft, fuel aircraft, assist crew members and passengers with baggage, move aircraft using towing equipment, and provide shuttle service. Our Customer Service Representatives are key to answering phones, making reservations, billing for fuel and services provided. For the overnight shift, this will be a hybrid role.

Education requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements

1 Year Customer Service experience
Previous aviation experience a plus

Qualifications

The ability to obtain and maintain SIDA badging is a condition of employment.

The ability to pass drug testing as well as background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a hybrid Line Service Technician / Customer Service Representative to:







Fuel aircraft

Marshal aircraft

Greet arriving aircraft and dispatch departing aircraft

Baggage Handling

Completing services (lavatory, potable water, etc.)

Assisting crew members and passengers

Moving aircraft using towing equipment and wing walking

Providing shuttle services to crew members and passengers

Making reservations

Answer phones

Communicating with crew members over the unicom

Communicating with crew and passengers about service needs

Billing for fuel and services provided

Making coffee, stocking water in the hospitality area and maintaining cleanliness

Work hours

9:00 pm to 5:00 am

There is a 5% shift differential in addition to the base pay for the overnight shift.
