Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversees and manages food preparation for the kitchen. Supervises and ensures production
of consistently high-quality food
2. Adheres to established control procedures for cost control and quality.
Ensures all standardized recipes are followed and prepared on a consistent
3. Maintains a quality sanitation program
Qualifications:
-2 years experience Sous Chef
-Works well with others and is a team player
-Open availability mostly mornings and afternoons
