Job Description:

The Accelerate ASU team within ASU’s Learning Enterprise is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand equitable access to college credit opportunities for high school learners across Arizona and beyond. Accelerate ASU removes barriers to dual enrollment by offering an innovative, scalable implementation model that helps schools, districts, and education-serving organizations integrate ASU Universal Learner Courses into College in the High School and early college pathways.


The Partnership Manager will play a key role in cultivating, developing, and supporting relationships with high schools and community partners to ensure successful program implementation and learner outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for administrators, counselors, teachers, and partner organizations—helping them design and sustain programs that align with institutional goals while advancing Accelerate ASU’s mission to make college-level learning accessible to all students.

Position Salary Range:

$70,000-$78,000 per year, depending on experience


Essential Duties:

Working in collaboration with the Senior Director, the Partnership Manager will support:


Partnership Management

·      Generate new-partner growth for Accelerate ASU. Prospect, pitch, and close agreements with high schools and community-based organizations that want to offer ASU courses to their students.

·      Support partners in adopting equity-minded approaches that make dual enrollment opportunities more inclusive and accessible.

·      Build and maintain a network of support for partners by developing, enhancing, and promoting effective early college programs and shared resources.

·      Develop and execute targeted outreach plans to scale and grow existing partnerships, strengthening engagement and driving successful learner outcomes.

·      Collaborate across ASU’s Learning Enterprise divisions (operations, product, marketing, academic, and data teams) to ensure alignment and provide seamless partner support.

·      Serve as a liaison between ASU and external stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and faculty, to facilitate strong communication and program success.

·      Represent Accelerate ASU at convenings, conferences, and partner events to promote the initiative and cultivate new relationships.


Program and Department Operations

·      Create and refine sustainable operational processes that support partners at scale.

·      Ensure effective day-to-day management of partner operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment that demands creativity, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.

·      Identify process improvements and coordinate with internal teams to enhance partner and learner experiences.


Travel

·      Support international partnerships by flexing work hours, when needed, to accommodate meetings and collaboration across global time zones.

·      This position requires up to 25 percent (approximately 4–7 days per month) of local, national, and international travel to partner sites, conferences, training, and team events.

Desired Qualifications:

·      Experience managing high school or community education partnerships.

·      Understanding of College in the High School, dual enrollment, or concurrent enrollment programs and related academic pathways.

·      Experience supporting programs that serve a student population.

·      Ability to analyze and use data to inform recommendations and decision-making.

·      Evidence of an effective communication style that is persuasive, motivating, and supportive.

·      Demonstrated ability to self-direct and perform as a high-functioning team member in a dynamic, flexible environment.

·      Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM/pipeline management systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·      Experience managing rapidly changing priorities, including conflict resolution and responsive problem-solving.


Working Environment:

·      Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work

·      Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.

·      May be required to perform tasks in the field within and/or across University campuses.
