NCB is seeking a Payroll Manager/Administrator for our office in Arlington/National Landing, VA!
This position has the sole responsibility for all transactions that affect payroll including base salary, incentives, commissions, benefit deductions, personal taxes, bonus payments and other rewards. This position is one of the key liaisons between Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Accounting and Ultimate Software Solutions (UltiPro).
The Payroll Manager processes a semi-monthly, multi-state payroll, manages and supports the HRIS, typically including a core module of payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration, and serves as a liaison between HR, Accounting and IT. They develop routine and ad hoc system queries and reports and serves as the liaison with auditors for exams. This position serves as back up for the Benefits Manager.
We require a college degree with 5-7 years of payroll processing/management experience. Preferred experience in HRIS systems especially UltiPro and NetSuite GL. Must have excellent attention to detail, and technical ability in financial accounting, payroll administration, and information systems. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and organizational skills required.
