Job SummaryOperates under the auspices of enterprise led HR, meaning, our work will be connected and consistentacross our organization with our people being at the center. Working as part of the People Service Center function, this role will beresponsible for timely resolution and intake/triage addressing Centura associate inquiries as it relates toHR and Payroll related issues. Addressing inquiries in compensation, benefits, wellness, payroll, andother related items, works to resolve the issue effectively and accurately. In complex matters, workscollaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR and/or payrollrelated items.What You Bring/Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities (essential functions)* Answers incoming calls and inquiries in a professional/courteous manner.* Handles general and broad Human Resources inquiries/complaints for internal and external customersto ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution and appropriately directs more complex inquiries toappropriate pod/tier.* Follows established protocol to determine appropriate handoff.* Maintains contact to related stakeholder(s) to facilitate proper and complete resolution.* Provides excellent customer service and technical support as needed.* Prepares documentation in appropriate system to identify resolution and remains in constantcommunication with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Minimum Experience Requirements1 year of customer service experienceKnowledge of governmental regulations, legal compliance related to compensation, benefits, pensionand general employment lawStrong customer service experienceDemonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and good time management skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use various software programs (HRIS, Timekeeping, MS Word/Excel, CRM tool)Healthcare experience preferred
