PERSONAL INJURY ASSOCIATE

Suzuki Law Offices is established in Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law and is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate who has a minimum of 5 years of experience. The candidate must possess strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills. The selected candidate must be willing to work as a team with Legal Assistant’s and Support Staff. The ideal candidate will handle intake support, manage a case load to include approval of demand packages, discussions with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel and be able to negotiate claims to get the best resolution possible. Must also have litigation experience.
